Neighbor's Garage runs on credits. 1 credit = $1. Buy a pack, borrow what you need, return it, done. Lenders earn credits every month someone still has their stuff.
For borrowers
Find it
Search from the home page. Filter by distance, price, and lender rating.
Reserve it
Pay in credits (minimum $50 pack — military & students get a 10% bonus). One monthly price covers up to 30 days; auto-renews each month you still have it.
Pick it up
Local pickup at the lender's driveway. Follow the guided before-photo prompts — that's your protection.
For lenders
Snap a photo
Our AI names the item, writes the description, and suggests a recommended monthly borrow price.
Set your price
Accept the recommendation or set your own. Turn on Auto-price and we'll tune it to match demand in your area.
Get paid
Every month a neighbor keeps your item, you earn credits. Weekly payouts. 50/50 split with the platform after processing fees.
A few ground rules.
- • Local pickup only — no shipping, phase 1.
- • Every borrow starts and ends with guided photos. Always.
- • Price locks in when a borrow starts. Renewals stay at that price.
- • Damage claims over $200 always go to a human on our team.
